Gout Remedies

My soon to be husband has terrible pain in his foot and even up into his left ankle. The visits to Dr’s have not helped at all, he has tried pain killers but we don’t know if that is making it worse rather than better.

He never drinks any alcohol and doesn’t eat any game food but people keep saying it is probably gout, so if it is gout what can we do to try and reduce the level of pain he has.

We are ready to try just about anything, changes in diet and lifestyle are fine, the pain is so bad that we are ready to give just about anything a try.
